In 2003, the Institute-sponsored law was introduced in the California legislature (AB 1582), America's first bill to explicitly address workplace bullying as described in this book. All Institute information can be found at bullyinginstitute.org. Since 1985, they have owned the consulting and training firm The Work DoctorR.
