Guaranteed Cash Back
Guaranteed Cash Back is yet another way Textbooks.com saves you cash. Here's how it works.

1. Look for books labeled "Guaranteed Cash Back"
2. Look for the Guaranteed Cash Back price.
3. Return your book in good condition at the end of the semester, and we'll give you that amount of cash back... guaranteed!

Buy used or buy new. Either way, you get the same amount of cash back. Get at least 50% of the purchase price guaranteed!

Books purchased between June 1 and November 30 must be received back at our warehouse by December 31 of the same year. Books purchased between December 1 and May 31 must be received back at our warehouse by the following June 30.

To sell back Guaranteed Cash Back books back, simply log in to "My Account." We'll provide you with a shipping label to send us the good condition book back free of charge. You can also sell back other good condition books and see if your books qualify for our 10% Bonus Buyback program.

10% Bonus Buyback
We reward our customers! If you bought your textbooks from us, we'll automatically pay you premium prices when you sell them back in good condition. To sell your books back, simply log in to My Account. If we are buying back the books back, we'll give you 10% more just for being a customer for any good condition book you originally purchased from us.

Just generate a quote and print a shipping label. Send us your good condition, used book within 30 days of the quote and we'll send you back a check. Get 10% more cash just for being a customer!

General Buyback
Even if you didn't buy them from us, you may be able to sell back your good condition books to us. To sell back your books, just go to "Sell Books." Enter the ISBN for any good condition book you want to sell. We'll generate a quote for you and provide you with a free, printable shipping label. Send us your good condition, used book within 30 days of the quote and we'll send you a check.

What is "Good" Condition?
Books bought by Textbooks.com must meet the following criteria otherwise they will not be bought back. Books not in good condition or not found in the Textbooks.com price system will be destroyed or discarded.

Books in "good" condition do not have any of the following:

• Stains of any sort
• Disfigurement due to water/fluid exposure
• Missing, torn or loose pages/cover
• Excessive writing, marking or highlighting
• Broken spine/binding
• Any other significant damage that would prevent us from reselling it

Note: In order to receive full credit, all items included with the textbook must be included. Textbooks missing original CDs, study guides, diskettes or other loose-leaf items will not receive full credit. Decisions regarding the condition of books we receive rest solely with Textbooks.com. All decisions are final. If we decide that your book is not in good condition, we will notify you by email. You will have 7 days from the date of our email to request that we send you back a copy of the same book at your shipping expense. Please note, however, that we are unable to return the exact same copy of the book that you sent to us.

Payment Processing
Track the status of your buyback check quickly and easily online! Just log into "My Account" and click on "Books I've Sold." After each step of the buyback process, we'll update your account online and send you an email update. That way you'll know right away when we receive your buyback order, when it is approved, and best of all, when your cash is on its way.

International & Teacher's Editions
We're sorry. We do not purchase international or teacher's editions for buyback. Under no circumstances will we accept or grant credit for any international or teacher's editions we receive.
