Frequently Asked QuestionsQ: Do I need a membership or an account in order to purchase books? A: No, you don't have to have a membership to purchase books. Simply locate the books you want and add them to your shopping cart. During checkout, you will be asked to create an account. Your account will allow you to track your order status, review your order history, log in to sell your books back, and much more. Q: What is your return policy? A: Books must be received in our warehouse within 30 days from the shipment date listed on your packing list. Books must be received in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund. For complete return instructions, visit our Return Policy. Q: Can I cancel my order? A: In order to get you your textbooks as fast as possible, we move fast. As a result, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed. Our standard Return Policy will apply. Q: Can I sell books to Textbooks.com? A: Yes, we buy books 24/7 regardless of where you purchased them. To find how much your book is worth today and to obtain a prepaid shipping label, visit "Sell Books" in the top navigation bar at any time. Q: How do I find out the condition of a used book? A: All of our used books have been hand inspected for quality and are considered to be in "good" condition. For more information about our used books, please visit "What is a used book?" Q: How do I know if a book will contain a CD or Online Access Code? A: If a book has "CD" or "CD-ROM" in the title, the CD will be included regardless whether it is in new or used condition. Online Access Codes will also be mentioned in the title. Please note: Used books purchased from us or anyone else will not contain an online access code. Access codes can be purchased from the publisher directly. Q: What form of payments do you accept? A: We currently accept American Express, DiscoverCard, MasterCard & Visa. Note: We do not accept credit cards with international billing addresses at this time. Q: When is my credit card charged? A: Once you submit your order, we only authorize your credit card. We charge the credit card for the full amount of your purchase once your order leaves the warehouse. Q: Do you ship internationally?
