General Returns

We are committed to bringing you not only the best values, but also the best service.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items within 30 days of the shipment date on your packing slip.

We'll refund your online purchase if you:

• Return your books in their original condition. New books must be shrink wrapped & unopened.
• Include your packing slip
• Return within 30 days of the shipment date listed on your packing slip

If you have lost or misplaced your original packing list, a new one can be obtained online in My Account.

Return Notes: Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. All components must be returned for full credit. Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be refunded to your credit card. Bulk orders of 30 items are more are not returnable. For your own protection, we suggest you return items via UPS or insured parcel post. Should the items be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. We do not accept CODs of any kind.

Damaged Items

We stand behind our products 100%. If you have a problem with your order, please give us a call within 30 days of arrival toll free at 877-292-6442. We cannot be held responsible for claims made after 30 days.

Late & Damaged Returns

Items that are being returned must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of the shipment date on your packing list. Items received after 30 days will only be given current market buyback value.

Books that were originally sold in NEW condition that we receive back as USED will be valued at the current price of a USED item.
