Summary: "[The authors] have separated out the truth from the sinner/saint legend of Eva Perón--and, most impressively, produced a work of great political sophistication. . . . Factual, nuanced, and absorbing." --Kirkus Reviews

Nicholas Fraser has worked as a journalist for The Times (London), the Sunday Times (London), and the BBC. Marysa Navarro is a professor of history at Dartmouth College and has published a number of articles about Evita and Perónism.

"The Fraser/Navarro biography is the first convincingly researched and historically accurate account. . . . Engrossing narrative style."--Library Journal ...show less
