He was employed previously by Coopers and Lybrand CPAs, and Arthur Andersen CPAs. Siegel has been a consultant in accounting and finance to many organizations including Citicorp, ITT, United Technologies, and the American Institute of CPAs. Dr. Siegel has written 65 books and more than 200 articles on accounting and financial topics.


Shim, Jae K. :

Jae K. Shim, Ph.D., is an accounting consultant to several companies and professor of accounting at California State University, Long Beach. Dr. Shim received his Ph.D. degree from the University of California at Berkeley, has 40 books to his credit, and has published over 50 articles in accounting and financial journals.
