Senior Graphic Designer

This position will be part of the design team responsible for the graphic development, UX/UI, and advertising for This will encompass, but not be limited to, site updates, emails, banners, mobile, and social initiatives. The Senior Designer must be capable of leading and juggling simultaneous projects and producing exceptional results, staying up-to-date and understanding design best practices and industry trends. This position must have the ability to effectively communicate design ideas within a collaborative E-Commerce-focused environment.


  • Create, update and produce promotional materials as assigned by Creative Director.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of a various web-based projects, including Website UX/UI updates, emails, banners, landing pages, mobile, and social media initiatives.
  • Participate and make contributions to the creative process, and execute consistent layout and composition following brand guidelines.
  • Work with Marketing team members and other departments on conceptualizing promotional projects/campaigns new business and public relations initiatives.
  • Assist with both in-house production and coordination with outside vendors/partners when necessary.
  • Check graphics for accuracy before product is finalized.
  • Plan work and projects accordingly so tight deadlines are consistently met.
  • Work as part of a team and independently.
  • Successfully complete other related projects and tasks as necessary.

Skills or Experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience.
  • Expert proficiency in Abode Creative Suite.
  • Strong visual design sense.
  • Must have a high level of creativity, energy, and flexibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong ability to work cooperatively as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and keep a cool head under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully work in a growing and changing work environment.
