Textbooks.com has adopted the following policy toward intellectual property infringements:

"Textbooks.com will block access to and/or remove any material submitted to our site that we believe in good faith infringes a copyright or other intellectual property right."

This policy shall cover all aspects of Textbooks.com.

Procedure for Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements:
If you are the owner of an intellectual property right that you believe is being infringed by material on the Textbooks.com site, please submit a formal Notice of Copyright Infringement containing the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of each copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise protected work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit Textbooks.com to locate the material on the Textbooks.com site.
• Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
